[b]  Many of you may already know me from being part of other support groups such as Agoraphobia, Lupus and many more but when I came across AvPD it was calling my name is describing me so well, I thought, FANTASTIC this is exactly where I belong.... I encourage all members to pls. read my 'bio', lol, and my personal profile so you will get to know me a bit better - and yes, I have great plans that I'm lining up for all of us to benefit from - my main goal at this point is to get to know each and every one of you and be of support - suffering from AvPD myself, I truly know what all of you are experiencing, trust me - lets all take our hands and move ahead to better ourselves, ok - feel free to ask me anything at anytime 24/7 I will be practically living here, lol  for those of you who are new, feel free to ask for help in navigating the site - its does take a while but its easier than many other sites.... and if I can do it, so can you, I am old lady making sense of all this High TECH stuff, lol so just click on the Leaders icon to get to know me and we will talk soon - take good care of yourselves bye for now Gisele gisele

Congrats on being the AVPD new boss! Saddle tramp how many people watch you riding by
Like a thunder cloud that floats across the Arizona sky
And wonder if their looking at a mighty happy man

Ill learn to play the saxaphone
il play just what i feel, drink scotch whiskey all night long
and die behind the wheel
They got a name for the winners in the world
I want a name when i lose
they call Alabama the crimson tide
so call me deacon blues *Steely Dan*
Their is no pain, you are receding
A distant ship, smoke on the horizen

When I was a child I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye
I turned to look, but it was gone
I can not put my finger on it now

ive got a little black book, with my poems in
I got a bag with my toothbrush, and comb in
I got a grand piano to prop up my mortal remains
