hi

though it has been proved there is no link to mmr

i would still clarigy it .

it is also called triple vaccine not double

or one single jab

and usually it has to be done at your gps not a schol.

You have the right to refuse

Hi 4tesa, I know it must be confusing...because of the statistics and studies etc. but also that these diseases that you can get are horrible... so difficult. I think you were on the other thread too, the one where I put those studies on?

Hey 4tesa, I have a 6 yr old son with PDD. When he started Kindergarten this year, his school required him to have the 2nd MMR shot as well. They weren't offering it, they were telling us it was required and we had to get it before he could start school, so we went to his pediatricians office and had it done there. We live in Georgia, but my understanding is that its a new thing in United States for incoming preschoolers and Kindergarteners, if there is an older sibling in a higher grade (which I do have a daughter in 5th grade) it doesn't apply to them.
