While this isn't a formal diagnosis yet. It seems that the report says it is possible that he has Autism, and very likely that he has Asperger's. He will be going to the psych on May 13. So finally after 5 years of public school, I will most likely finally be getting an IEP for him. Our case conference with the school is April 24th and I will be at least meeting with a parent advocate to see what I should expect as far as what accommodations will be made for him. He has a low tolerance for frustration, he has some motor skill issues. Writing is torturous for him, he switches from cursive to print and makes several letters atypically. That is just a very brief summery of what the report says.

What's funny is that I do that too. I always write in a combination of print and cursive. I think my letters are pretty normal though. That issue is pretty low on my list of concerns. It really is so much more than that though. I found a parent advocate who is willing to go with me to the case conference on Thursday. I'm meeting with her on Wednesday to go over his report.
