MDJunction to me

Joy75"MDJunction to me is a second home. I visit daily to support and get supported. Everyone is so great here. The people are what make this site so
perfect. When someone says I helped them, I feel so good about myself. When
I am down, I come here to talk with my lovely friends. This is a great site
and I’ve come to love it and my friends here. Thank you for making such a
wonderful place to call home!

I come from Czech and my family has the habit to make problems invisible. When I went with my husband to US, 4 years ago, they ware not happy and didn't talk to me for a long time. Recently I tryed to reconcile, everything went well until I mentioned my son and him having autism. Again, no answer after the info. So it look like we don't have any family. My husband left us 2 years ago for another man and his family broke up the contact to us as well, autistic child is not welcome. It hurts me for Joe, he is not having aunt, onkel, grandma, grandfather, just mom and the friend's of hers. That's just sad.

I looked up autism in czech google, it say dumb child, I don't agree. They are different, and maybe sometimes happier than we regular.

I am so very sorry for you, but still isn't that sad?

If you like to have a family, we are available, you can come with your kids for vacation any time. I will enjoy company and Joe as well.

Eva and super Joe ( he is special, and no one will convince me otherwise )

I spent maybe 5 minutes on the computer while Joe was lining up his letters. I looked up and around and didn't see him. I knew he is somewhere in the house, the alarm is on and than I found him. There he was in the garage, standing on the top of my car and sliding down the windshield, always good for a surprise.

hello I'm Cenny I have a 3 year old boy.Wow my heart goes out to you and your son.How can people be so cruel to a child that has nothing to do with the problems that the adult might have with eachother.Well here you have us.And no a child with autism are not dumb.My kid could take he's toy car apart and put it back again, see if any "normal child"can do the samething. If anyone dare say that to you don't belive it it's not true.

They could possibly mean "dumb" as an outdated reference to people who do not speak and cannot hear, but even then they would still be wrong.
