MDJunction to me

neshama48"Having Crohn's Disease for over 26 years, in the first few years, it lonely and isolating.
Though now my disease is in a near perfect remission, my friends and family are sympathetic to me, but I can not talk to them about this disease. When I stumbled across MD Junction, and met others who had the same disease I was not alone in battling the disease. MD Junction is like a second family, without the judgement or guilt of having Crohn's Disease, but they do give you love and support.

For all parents who have struck by autism.......Wassat

dear parents.....

1.stop blaming yourself for your child's problems.

2.Remember that you cann't depend on experts alone!!! you have to get involved too...

3.To change behaviour, use positive reinforcements instead of painful punishments and be sure to reward BRAVE efforts even if they fail...

4.Find a parent support group when the stresses of dealing with a difficult become overwhelming.

5.Take pleasure in small advances.

6.Be prepared to accept the pain that you will feel at times when your love for your child is UNREQUITED.

7.Try to keep the strain and fatigue of child rearing from scarring your marital relationship. work as a TEAM, not as antagonists....

love, peace, wishes for all.....

4 per 10000 children in the population would have classic autism.

1 per 1000 might have some form of autism.
