MDJunction to me

grandmasylvia"MDJ has been "a soft place to fall" for me as Dr Phil says. I have this very painful rare disease Dercum's Disease and take comfort in finding others here who share their knowledge and compassion. Many
members have helped me just by understanding my anguish and validating
my pain. We are working together to encourage research toward a cure.

I just found out I had an astrocytoma tumor 2 weeks ago because my face went numb on the left side, where do I go from here?

where to go from here?? You've been diagnosed. Surely you're getting some medical advice. Do any research you can regarding care facilities within your reasonable geographic proximity. Search for "Regional Brain Tumor Centers". If you suspect any lack of complete competence in your medical professional, seek a 2nd, 3rd, etc. opinion.

Good luck.

My son had the same thing happen to him. What has the doctor told you about this condition?
