just wanted to say hi. i've been asthmatic for 30 ish years. on advair,theophylline atrovent,albuterol.

wow I can't believe you take all 4 of thiose.I have also had it 30 years and took theophyline and breathine and a fast inhaler; the last ten yrs I've been on advair and pro-air and sometimes breathine saved from 10 yrs ago..have you considered the new treatment Bronchial Thnhermoplasty?they say it is for very difficult cases but the theophyline made my breats very dense and cannot get reg. mammogeram and its been hard to control the last ten yrs. have broken 4 bones.Kissing

HI Lemere

Welcome to the group.

I take prednisone right now for a flare up.

Also take albuterol, and asmanex.

And in the nebulizer I take pulmicort, albuterol and atrovent.

I do not like advair - it makes my symptoms escalate.
