I have had asmtha for over 10 years yet I steel smoke. I know I should not but I don't want to live in this world any longer then I have too.

Know what? When I first saw you here, I was like.."maybe she can be the gl here". When I first came to asthma forum, there were no gl. You have lots of experience and I'm quite new to asthma.

ive had it all my life, im happy to help. im no dr by no means but i dont want anyone to ever have to live with asthma, its a horrible disease, i just know im happy to listen, talk whatever. maybe some trick i learn will help others and maybe someone someone else has tried will help me
