Most of my triggers are allergies, though I also have trouble with going in or out of heat and air conditioning when there is a dramatic temperature change. Strong scents can be a problem, cigarette smoke, just about anything strange in the air can cause a problem for me. Sometimes exercise especially if it is during spring or fall when there is too much pollen so I am already prone to have problems. I also have food allergies which are probably the most consistent trigger, but I avoid those pretty well. Mary
