BrownEyedGirl; I think a good diet is important in general, but you would be suprised how little diet interferes with breastfeeding. Even a woman who is malnourished in Ethiopia can produce highly nutritious milk that is better than formula. absolutly amazing. It does make me feel better personally though to eat healthy while nursing. I am a fan of juicing, I applaud anyone who can keep it up. Keep it organic to avoid all those nasty pestocides though!

You don't necessarily SMOKE it, you juice it. It is a vegetable after all.

Hm. Interesting. OH.. I saw an article on breast milk the other day.. It said it has been found to cure something, but I can't remember what.
