Argyria Support Group

Has anyone out there found the cocktail for the supposed cure for argyria, and if you have, has it worked for anyone?

There is no cocktail for a cure. The only cure has been laser surgery to my face and neck. It's not really a cure but it removes it from the area treated and you can get on with your oife a little better. The argyria is all over the body but most people don't notice my arms or legs until I do a close up comparison under good lighting with them and then they can see the slightly blue hue. The cocktails some of the silver people try to throw at everyone is a hoax. If you got argyria from a product you bought email me. I just posted a message about this. I tried the vitamin E/selenium/MSM cure but it caused me severe stomach problems. Chelation therapy didn't work either. Finally I found chlorella. Combined with an organic diet which includes dried mango, (lots of chelation minerals) and vitamin C, the condition reversed. It's still not perfect but getting better. The main problem is that they keep discontinuing things I need. It almost seems like a conspiracy. First I couldn't locate the type of chlorella I was using. (Best to stick with one type. I find Jarrow brand's 200mg pills the best.) Then they discontinued the dried mango, then the papaya, then the organic russet potatoes. If I didn't always have to deal with the constant shortages of the stuff I need this would be all behind me by now but I keep relapsing when I have to go without something.

Can you tell me more about this regime that you follow?

I just wonder how many of us there are out there. Does anyone else ever wonder? I go to my Dermatologist this Thursday and when I get back I will try to remember to post what she says. It's been awhile since I have been to her. If you remember I had the laser treatments. No one has made any comments about my color in a long time now. The last comment was about my lips looking blue because I didn't have the laser treatments done to them. I can only imagine the "Owie" that would be and not ready to go through that pain even with the numbing. I wish all of you the best. Janis

I'll bet there are more than we suspect. So many people online alone have these so-called testimonials regarding silver. I'll wager that a lot of them acquired argeria just as I did. It only took me a year before I became affected.
