Thanks Phil, never thought about that.

Damsel - Are you going to replace the dryer. I remember you saying you hang your clothes outside to dry. My mother does this also. Congrats on getting the chex mix done.

Hi Gina! Be interested in seeing how the DBT works out for you. Hope you will keep us all updated. Are you doing this in a group or individual setting? I ask my psychologist about group therapy sessions but they don't do them @ this psychology group where I go, but I think the group sessions can be highly beneficial sometimes.

Glad you got the chex mix done damsel! I went to work. Now I'm exhausted and won't want to do anything.

@alexis61, hang in there. Being constantly anxious and on edge is in many ways worse than panic. As the years have gone by since I was 1st DXed with PD, my panic attacks have gotten less (frequency, duration and intensity) but I still have not seen much reduction in my overall anxiety levels. I do get relief by doing things such as exercise and meditation and can feel pretty good and pretty normal on some days.

I can see it now.....80 years old and my anxiety and panic finally leave me for good. But, I am really old then and probably not much time left to live.

I hope not (LOL). It would be nice if I could get to age 60 and be comfortable managing without drugs.

alexis61, where are you at again in the SSDI process? I can't remember from the SSDI group. I could try and do a search I suppose.

I was this same way when I worked. Do you think this is common-the fatigue we feel?

Common to us yes and others without anxiety sometimes but I think the difference is we feel it more often than not.
