Hi to everyone,

My name is Michael.

I was diagnosed with anxiety over three years ago; my doctors state that I had it for a long time before this, but my drinking covered it up. I have given up drinking now.

I also suffer from severe agrophobia. At the beginning I was too afraid to even leave my house for a minute.

These have been kept in hand by medication; I know this because one day I forgot my medication and I had to run back into my house.

Around where I live, no one can understand what it is like to have these symptoms; apart from medical people.

I feel that I need to be in contact with someone who understands.

Lots of Love

Michael

Sometimes we need to stop analyzing the past, stop planning the future, stop figuring out how we feel, stop deciding what we want, and just see what happens.

Forget the past, it has already happened, worry not about the future, it has yet to come. Concentrate on today, and make every moment count.

glad to have you and welcome to the group

Please, please forgive me,
But I won't be home again.
Maybe someday you'll look up,
And, barely conscious, you'll say to no one:
"Isn't something missing?"

You won't cry for my absence, I know -
You forgot me long ago.
Am I that unimportant...?
Am I so insignificant...?
Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't someone missing me?

Please, please forgive me,
But I won't be home again.
I know what you do to yourself,
I breathe deep and cry out:
"Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?"

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't someone missing me?

And if I bleed, I'll bleed,
Knowing you don't care.
And if I sleep just to dream of you
And wake without you there,
Isn't something missing?
Isn't something...

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?
