I am new to this site ...just found it today. So happy I did! I had my first panic/anxiety attack on Jan 27th at work. I had been very depressed and suicidal the previous month, worried about my job. I totally flipped and have been on disability leave since. It was the most frightening thing I have ever been through. I have been climbing out of the deep dark hole I was in since and now am facing finding a new job. I am not willing to go back to my previous job, it was a toxic environment. I have an interview tomorrow morning and hope I can hold off the anxiety to make it through the morning! This site has helped calm me down for tomorrow and am glad that I have found a place that others have the same thoughts and issues that I do. I no longer feel alone. I just wanted to say thank you for having this available! |
