Hi to my old friends and hopefully some new. I belong to this forum and the fibro forum and the anger management forum. Tell me which one this belongs in. After being employed with the same company for the last two years, I got "LET GO" last Thursday, because, and he told my husband this not me, that I had trouble focusing and was forgetful, etc. He told me that he was making some changes. What a gutless wonder!!! This can't be good for my heart, my panic attacks or the fibro. I hate to see what will happen when the anger shows up. Right now I'm just hurt. Anyone have any ideas on how to feel better about my self. People tell me that "things happen for a reason". What reason is this?? Thanks to all. It's been so long since I have written I hope I'm remembered by my friends. I'm also just getting over pneumonia - I missed one day of work with it and worked the rest. I also have both knees inflammed but worked every day.

a lot of people may disagree with me or not like me for saying this but I don't think that things happen for a reason. I know that sounds bad, but I don't think that someone is in charge of this and making things harder for us when they could be making things easier. But here's the good side, and here's what I do believe. Poeple are miracles and it's amazing that we even exist. You are strong enough to deal with this, and you are strong enough to make things better for yourself and here's how I know without even knowing you. first: this is your life and all of your experiences give you strength even when you can't seem to find it and grip it. It's there, you are strong, and when you find that strength you'll know what I mean. People can do anything, we are amazing creatures and always pull through no matter what happens. It sounds like you have a good husband and friends to support you, and of course all of us here can support you too. I hope this helps and makes it better and not worse.

Thanks to all of you for your support. I'm still without employment. Here in the ozarks jobs are really hard to come by. If you want to work housekeeping in a resort or waitress in a restaurant there may be a job or two. Our jobless rate as of October 28th, is 6.5%. Not very encouraging. Some will happen before long.

Thanks all.

I just read on cnn.com that the recession is "official" now. The government kills me!

I just read my message that I wrote yesterday and noticed that I didn't start a sentence correctly. I do it all of the time. Seems the dr. blames it on my fibro. You really should be in my head to see what I can't say but know exactly what I need to say. This is just getting worse. Thanks all again.
