Hi

I can relate. It's really hard to explain what it ( anxiety) feels like. If it's purely physical we can

describe it ( like when we have the flu or a broken leg)

but when it's anxiety it's the unseen place. Just remember you know what it is and this to shall pass.

Try & busy yourself when you feel like this....When I worked outside the home & felt like that I would quickly find some-one to talk to or do something to take my mind of it.........Anxiety is generated from thoughts so remember that....They are only thoughts.....Think about joining us over in the Self Esteem & Positive Thinking group as well....We have good fun over there,,, Smile

I agree with bindiboo.

Just keep yourself busy& hopefully you will start to feel better when this situation starts.
