MDJunction to me

cinderella"MDJunction to me is a life saver... when i first was diagnosed with Scheuermann's Disease i wrote a message to a page i found on google, hoping that they could help me.... you'd never know it but that weird feeling (you know that one where it feels like someone actually cares) came over me when i opened my email next day to find that someone on the other side of the world (at the American Medical Library)had read my message while i was sleeping, and there low and behold was the address to MDJunction.... well it is everything to me, i live it breathe it and love it!!!!! I have found many people who are struggling with similar issues banding together to help each other. It is the best place in the world, and i couldn't think of another place to go to meet so many lovely people....

thanks MDJunction

I don't know how the hospital will help you, they might put you in the psych ward, I was in there once because I had reaction to anti depressants, and I was there for a week, so had therapy and put me on a good dose of antidepressants, otherwise I don't know how they would help. Do you have any meds for your anxiety, do you have a doctor you can go to and get meds to relax you, I take xanax, and it really help me w/ anxiety attacks,

For now try breathing exercises, like breathing in deep, and letting it out slowly, or try some relaxing teas..see if you can see a doctor to help you. let me know how you do and I hope you find some help because I know how bad it can be having anxiety attacks. If you need to talk it out them PM me and I will be there for you

My advice is purely personal. I am not a Doctor. Please do not take anything I say as medical advice or a diagnosis.

Hi Julie. Just as Anamore said, I don't know what a hospital could actually do for you. Breathing excercises can be very helpful as well as the certainty in your own mind that "this too shall pass". I've had panic and anxiety for nearly 20 years and I've never passed out or died! I know how scary it can be but, with the right Drs. and meds you can begin to feel better. I, like Anamore take Xanax as well. No more than .50 mg per day unless it's really bad then I'll bump it up to 1 mg. Hope is out there and I'm here for you. PM me if you wish, I'll be happy to help. Chris

HI....I agree with everything that has already been said.....Try deep breathing & cuddly into your mum & see if that helps you relax....Sometimes just having some-one to cuddle up to helps me...Or try a nice hot bubble bath.....I love my bubble baths....LOL!!! Remember "this too shall pass" I'm here for you anytime PM me.....Smile KT5CABGX4ZYCAA0HG7ACAQCMHB3CA6P0R0SCAWKUD43CAJ090H1CAD105JACAXFBFP7CAENS6UDCA5DVOUOCANJTMQ3CAOLLUMWCA8GK319CAK2SMZDCA3UP5T0CATUTWRNCAV86KDECAIZ6NLSCAOA7VV9

I am not a medical doctor.....My opinion is purely that....I try & give the best advice to help others from my own experiences.......

" We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same."

I don’t know what the key to success is, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone.

Sometimes we need to stop analyzing the past, stop planning the future, stop figuring out how we feel, stop deciding what we want, and just see what happens.

Forget the past, it has already happened, worry not about the future, it has yet to come. Concentrate on today, and make every moment count.

Thank you all for your words. I think I wanted to beat my anxiety. Without anti depressants but if it can help me. I'm willing to try. Thank you all again.

we are hear for you and i am so sorry your having sucha hard time

if you need to talk pm me

Please, please forgive me,
But I won't be home again.
Maybe someday you'll look up,
And, barely conscious, you'll say to no one:
"Isn't something missing?"

You won't cry for my absence, I know -
You forgot me long ago.
Am I that unimportant...?
Am I so insignificant...?
Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't someone missing me?

Please, please forgive me,
But I won't be home again.
I know what you do to yourself,
I breathe deep and cry out:
"Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?"

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't someone missing me?

And if I bleed, I'll bleed,
Knowing you don't care.
And if I sleep just to dream of you
And wake without you there,
Isn't something missing?
Isn't something...

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?
