I'm an Advocate

IM THE SAME!!! I DON'T LIKE BEING ON THE MEDS AS IT TAKES MY EMOTIONS AWAY. SOMETIMES I THINK IT IS EASIER TO BE ANXIOUS ALL THE TIME AT LEAST THAT IN MY COMFORT ZONE!!! HAD BAD ANXIETY LAST 2 DAYS & HAVE HAD A BIG HEADACHE STIFF NECK & SORE SHOULDERS ALL BLOODY TENSION FROM THE ANXIETY. IM HOLDING ON TO HOPE THAT YOU CAN RECOVER FROM ANXIETY BUT AFTER LIKE 10YEARS WITH IT I AM BEGINNING TO WONDER?? AS IM IN AUSTRALIA & CANT GET THE LUCINDA BASSETT PROGRAM HAS ANY-ONE TRIED IT???? I HAVE READ HER BOOKS & SEEM TO BE GOOD BUT I WOULD LOVE TO TRY HER PROGRAM BUT CAN'T GET IT!!!!
I am not a medical doctor.....My opinion is purely that....I try & give the best advice to help others from my own experiences.......

I don’t know what the key to success is, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone.

Sometimes we need to stop analyzing the past, stop planning the future, stop figuring out how we feel, stop deciding what we want, and just see what happens.

Forget the past, it has already happened, worry not about the future, it has yet to come. Concentrate on today, and make every moment count.

some people get anxiety under control- anxiety is often a core charicter trait- so i hate to say i think it is something you get under control and learn to cope but i don't think it goes away
Please, please forgive me,
But I won't be home again.
Maybe someday you'll look up,
And, barely conscious, you'll say to no one:
"Isn't something missing?"

You won't cry for my absence, I know -
You forgot me long ago.
Am I that unimportant...?
Am I so insignificant...?
Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't someone missing me?

Please, please forgive me,
But I won't be home again.
I know what you do to yourself,
I breathe deep and cry out:
"Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?"

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't someone missing me?

And if I bleed, I'll bleed,
Knowing you don't care.
And if I sleep just to dream of you
And wake without you there,
Isn't something missing?
Isn't something...

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?
