I was born with a heart condition, murmurs and mitral valve prolapse and now high blood pressure controlled with meds. I can feel it when that valve gets stuck and then wooosh! it opens up and the blood flows thur rather forceably. Makes me cough and still to this day I will never get used to it, even tho I can feel it coming on right before it happens. It also causes a rush of adrenlin! Then hello anxiety! Stress, emotional & physical can lead to heart disease of any variety. If your heart is racing try breathing into a paper bag. Results for most people is good.

((((((Kelti)))))I don't think anyone ever gets use to the heart stuff. I have been having tons of heart palps today. Each one is like a super miniature panic attack. I hate each and every one of them.

Hope it passes soon . Feeling better now and somewhat manicky. Thinking of moving that desk into other room before hubby Stan gets home. He is a refrigeration master self employed & this heat is killing him today. It is 106 here in OKC today. A/C's down all over town. Shooting at walmart. Have no details yet.

Yeah I know Damsel, I can't even fathom about even thinking about doing such a thing, much less actually doing it.

Right away I felt self conscious because we play modern warfare 3 here.

I just asked my son if he knew the difference and that it's totally different to play a game and do something like that in real life.

He said, " yeah I know."

Dx POTS, anemia, and anxiety.
