Brain exercises Gina...Dr. Oz says things like what you mentioned will help your memory and help to prevent things like Alzheimer’s disease. I do mental stimulation exercises by multiplying 2 digit by 2 digit and 2 digit by one digit numbers in my head. I will also start with the number 100 for example and reduce by 7's (or some other number) until I reach zero. Oz recommends that it is a good idea sometimes to dial phone numbers manually from memory instead of using the numbers you have automatically stored in speed dial.

I wish there was a free website like lumosity, for example. I have tried a few free ones online but most are not that good or disinterests me rather quickly.
