MDJunction to me

neshama48"Having Crohn's Disease for over 26 years, in the first few years, it lonely and isolating.
Though now my disease is in a near perfect remission, my friends and family are sympathetic to me, but I can not talk to them about this disease. When I stumbled across MD Junction, and met others who had the same disease I was not alone in battling the disease. MD Junction is like a second family, without the judgement or guilt of having Crohn's Disease, but they do give you love and support.

I'm an Advocate

Hi all

As some may remember I am giving a demonstration about art for a fundraiser for a group I belong to. I do not have fear of public speaking. I just spoke at a funeral of a fello artisit who was murdered in a family violence situation. I stood tall and did the best I could....however...

I have sleep problems and recently I can't sleep till the wee early hours. Problem? The demo is from 7 am till 9 am( up and moving by 5:45 am) A fund raising breakfast.

I am so anxious about getting going that early and then I have to drive myself. The anxiety is devestating me.

Blink

I pray everynight begging God to help me really understand ( not just cognitively) why I think the way I doand to stop it.Sick

Oh bless you Gina!

My body is way more unstable and reactive in the early morning.

I can't help it-it's just that way.

I wish you the best!

Dx POTS, anemia, and anxiety.

Gina

stop doing the "what if" dance...

just do your best and stop worrying about it.

no one can do any better than their best.
