I wont even take them in the same day due to the anxiety of taking to many meds so I will only take xanax today and i'm going to take xanax 0.25 times 2 rite now and we will c how it works. So say a prayer for me here we go. Psalm 91

Well it says take 1to2 3 TIMES A DAY as needed for anxiety and I asked and the nurse said its PRN (THAT MEANS AS NEEDED) im only doing what it says to do now when I go back to the docs I will ask if I sld be,on a regular dose but over the phone when I called about the clonazepam and they said I cld go back to the xanax PRN until I go back to the docs. And I can't help about the anxiety about the meds I alway think of what side effect I cld get. Psalm 91

Maybe just try a little higher dose like 0.5 of zanax and then report to the doctor if you feel better or even notice the difference. I think you will notice a difference. The others are right in that if you take more on a regular basis, then you will run out to early. I would keep in close contact with the doctor. They seem to be more responsive if you show your concern about taking "this drug", let me know how you feel? |

Hello Mydane last night I did take. .5 xanax and wow what a different I can see why ppl get addicted to this I mean I have not taken a drink in 4yrs and it felt like you are buzzed and soooo relaxed then this morning I took .25 (xanax) and I have not had a panic attack all day I have had a little anxiety but nothing I can't handle I think im going to try it on a schedule tomorrow and see how that works we will see on fri when we go to town how the anxiety and panic attacks are I will let you no. AJ that is great you finally found something that may just work very well for you. I think too that this may be what you needed to straighten you out and get you back on tract. Sometimes the meds help us do this where we can realize that it was just anxiety and we can feel better. Now you can work on healing and getting better.  Keep us posted and let us know how you are doing. I am not a doctor although wish I was. LOL All of my comments are strictly my opinion only from my own experiences. I am on no medications at the time but have taken medication in the past. So anything I say about medication is only my opinion from the experiences I have had while on medication. Never stop taking or take medication without talking to your doctor first. |

Morning everyone well for the first time in a long time last night I had a dream and trust me I have not had a dream in years and sleeped for 8 and a half hours im so excited about this. this might work we will see on fri when we go to town how I feel with anxiety and the panic attacks. Psalm 91

I will take xanax with me but for years I have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks without meds so if I did forget too take it along I wld feel just like I did before it's does not feel good but I will live through it I think. Psalm 91

Hey everyone I have a question can you still have anxiety or panic attacks when ur on xanax bc I have taken 0.5 xanax this morning and the same this afternoon and then I heard we r suppose to get 12" of snow and the wife wanted to go to the little Store (6ymiles away ) and now im having some anxiety what do I do?
