 I'm becca. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for years. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder as well. I need some ideas as to how to better handle my anxieties.

 Welcome to our forums. You will find nothing but support and encouragement here from our kind members, many of whom are going through similar things to you so they can relate.

I have posted a few relief suggestions on the medicine section of this forum so I hope that you can find at least some help there.

 I HAVE ANXIETY AND I PANIC ALOT, I SPEND MY TIME ON COMPUTER, DOING SEARCH WORDS ANYTHING TO OCCUPY ME, SO I DON'T HAVE TO THINK
I will not be on for a while, boyfriend in hospital in ICU on life support, not able to breathe on his own, I will try to check in

 Hi to everyone new. Becca I try falling asleep in front of the tv when I have anxiety, I found a chat room for people with anxiety. go to about.com I think it is anxieypanicdisorder.com that is a chat and not just a post board
