Why wear a ribbon?

MDJunction to me

neshama48"Having Crohn's Disease for over 26 years, in the first few years, it lonely and isolating.
Though now my disease is in a near perfect remission, my friends and family are sympathetic to me, but I can not talk to them about this disease. When I stumbled across MD Junction, and met others who had the same disease I was not alone in battling the disease. MD Junction is like a second family, without the judgement or guilt of having Crohn's Disease, but they do give you love and support.

Wink I don't understand anxiety all i know is it's there and i am being treated for it, i woke up shakey and feling half of who i am, i need to clean but i feel to overwhelmed. And there is no triggers. I want to understand anxiety more this is my first attempt at getting help from a group for it. I am usually anxious, worrier, etc but even though i feel like that there is a part of me that is happy at the same time.I think that's because i stay in an attitude of gratitude, I was suppose to die many years ao and i made it so i always have that on my mind, i have a chance to get help and meet new friends. That gives me some hope. Does my story sound similar to anyone? I just want to try to understand anxiety and depression but especially anxiety. Any feedback would be appreciated thanks,Luv Debi

Hi, I just rerad your post and wanted to ask if you are going through peri or menopause? The reason that I ask is that when I started going through perimenopause one of the symptoms was anxiety out of nowhere about anything and everything. There are things that you can take to calm your anxiety and make it more manageable. Just see your doctor.

Sometimes the pain from O.N. can make you want to crawl in a corner and scream to the top of your lungs! So I've learned to cherish the good days when I don't feel like I have an ice pick stuck in my head!
