MDJunction to me

JoSh11"MDJunction is at least as big a part of my healing as the medications I take. Finding others with the same health challenges has truly been a Godsend. The support & information I receive here give me the courage to stand up for my needs in social situations, as well as the techniques & references to help my friends & family understand this Invisible Chronic Illness." Pinch

vomitting ur guts up before u even rise from bed...constant stomach cramps and diahorrea...and social anxiety so bad u cant leave the house bed or anything...had a few phases like that in my life...that have lasted as long as a year...and go with depression.

then there is the ordinaRY PANIC THAT JUST SPRINGS UP FROM NOWHERE WEN U LEAST EXPECT IT AND RENDERS U POWERLESS...and ur chest hurts...the sweats...the red face and headache and u just wanna run for the hills....yes anxiety is not a pretty thing...and i cant remember not having problems with it....in my 33 years of experience it seems learning better ways to cope with it...rather than trying to avoid or get rid of it...go with the flow if u like ...it seems to lessen it....my name is sarah by the way..and im northern irish but live near london england nowErmm
