MDJunction to me

HiddenButterfly"All I can say is that this has been the best place ever. It has been six to seven months since I joined, and I have learned so much. I now believe in myself and accept myself on a completely different level. The people on MDJunction has been so supportive and accepting that I have been able to adopt it into my personal life. That has reduced a lot of stress in my life. Thanks to all." (HiddenButterfly)

My husband was diagnosed last month with cirrhosis of the liver and his is from Alpha 1, he is a SZ. A lot of the things that I have read talk about mostly the lung issues, does anyone else on this site have cirrhosis due to the gene? I know of one gentleman on the cirrhosis site that has Alpha 1. My husbands grandfather and dad both passed from cirrhosis of the liver, I am praying it stops with my husband and has not went through to our son or grandsons.
