Ankylosing spondylitis and bursitis???

Has anyone else developed this painful condition w/their AS??? I don't know what to do regarding the pain; has anyone gone thru any treatments themselves and did they work? I'm currently in so much pain I've been on a fentanyl patch for two months and I've hated every minute of it haha W00t

I had bursitis in my shoulder about a yr ago and now have been diagnosed with spondylitis. not fun!
