Hello, my name is Jasmine. i am also in the Spina Bifida support group.

I have never taken any AM meetings, or anything, but i need helo with my anger.

I get mad over the tiniest, stupidest things....like when my partner doesnt close the bedroom door, or moves my chair or doesnt set up my dinner plate exactly right.....maybe its a bit of OCD that makes it even harder to control my anger....sometimes just if something doesn't look right, i can fly of the handle.......help??

Hey Jazo7smile,

I too do that and I do have OCD so it helps to make it worse because it can be tiny things that I will fly off for..It then makes me feel so badly afterwards so know how you feel dear and glad you are here for support.. 3CA0OR73ECAN11KWDCA21IQC5CA3O63TLCAEGRJA1CAV3F7I6CAGGCVNUCA4S9WVDCAB12K66CAC8WMYZCAVX47B1CAOKUNPPCAU7TNK1CAY3N5RMCAPNAHK1CAQAK813CAL6WJBGCA3I2IISCAZ8MU08

hi nice to met you i am the same way not to the extent you are but use to be because of this site and therapy i have managed to get it under control

we are so happy to have you

Please, please forgive me,
But I won't be home again.
Maybe someday you'll look up,
And, barely conscious, you'll say to no one:
"Isn't something missing?"

You won't cry for my absence, I know -
You forgot me long ago.
Am I that unimportant...?
Am I so insignificant...?
Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't someone missing me?

Please, please forgive me,
But I won't be home again.
I know what you do to yourself,
I breathe deep and cry out:
"Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?"

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't someone missing me?

And if I bleed, I'll bleed,
Knowing you don't care.
And if I sleep just to dream of you
And wake without you there,
Isn't something missing?
Isn't something...

Even though I'm the sacrifice,
You won't try for me, not now.
Though I'd die to know you love me,
I'm all alone.
Isn't something missing?
Isn't someone missing me?
