Hello - I have been told by my Psych doc that my husband is and I quote, "A very angry man". Well his anger is not your typical anger in my opinion. He can and does become instantly angry over trivial things, goes into a rage, inflicts verbal and emotional abuse, and the worst part is he is totally unaware of just how out of control he is! I have recently been diagnosed BP NOS. I am not one who has manic episodes - mostly I battle depression and anxiety. I am looking forward to reading your post and trying to get a better understanding of anger and how it is managed. Lustrious |
