Dressing without use of fingers

Hello everyone,

I am an occupational therapist at hospital. I have a patient who has only one finger on his right hand and limited movement in his shoulders. I am having difficulty figuring out how to teach my patient to dress without prosthetics. Does anyone have any ideas?
