Yep, I am a proven fact that they do..When I am up and out and the subject comes up, I have noticed that hardly no-one has a clue of what P.A.D. is (I didn't) nor that cigs.could do this.

Hey Jerry,

Keep up the good work, after the dying incidents and being brought back 4+ times once I came thru, haven't had a cigarette since July 24th and still days want one but ain't had any, so try your hardest and I'll pray you'll have the will power!

Blessings

Debi

The hardest is in high gear now. This holding at 1 an hour is working so far but late at night when I run out of things to do is tough. Truth is the leg pain does indeed ease up. that makes it a bit easier to not grab a cig. thx.

Jerry, one an hour? Are you serious? Come on now, how about stepping up the program to go two hours. Think about it, do you smoke while you sleep? Nope, so if you can go 6 to 8 hours without one every night, then why cant you go a few hours during the day?

Keep at it

Mark
