no more false fun,

so much lost from what the liquids done,

safe in a smile to bare the glory of what sobriety has won,

a tribute to honesty as the warmth of a new day sun,

humility a gift from the toll of a midnight run,

Thank you, my higher power for awakening me from a troubling ton.

That was really nice kraftstone... I find that poetry/writing is a wonderful way to work through feelings and begin/continue to heal. I wish you the very best... I read one of your other group posts and my heart goes out to you right now- you sound like you are on the right path and I wish you continued success on that path! Take care.
