MDJunction to me

MisaBlue01"MD Junction has been a safe haven for me. I have met so many caring and understanding people and i don't feel so alone anymore with my bipolar. I now know that others suffer as well and that we need each other for support. I hope that one day we can all learn to love and respect each other more and that no one will have to suffer anymore." Hi everyone, I just joined this group today because I know I have a problem and I want to get help before it gets too out of control. I'm 19 and I binge drink, have gotten in trouble with the law, and have hurt people I really didn't want to. I really just need someone to talk to so if there's anyone out there that is willing to help me, I'm willing to help them too. Thank you.

How bad do you think your problem is? I use to drink very heavily (and binge drink) to the point where i would black out and not remember a single thing from the night, which is so scary. I even drove that heavily intoxicated once and had NO idea how I got home or anything. alcohol can be such a demon to some people. (not everyone of course) me personally, its def a demon. I cannot drink at all. I have been sober for about a year and a half now and feel AMAZING. I can be around drinkers and alcohol and all, but chose not to touch it anymore. Sometimes people need 'wake up calls' to be able to make the decision to quit all together. Have you had anything like that happen? Maybe you should think about quitting all together so you stop hurting urself and the ones you love. If you need someone to talk to you can message me or wb on here. Hope all is well and take care!

Hi. I am so glad , you are reaching out! That's the first step. I was an alcoholic at 15 I drank heavy really heavy daily and passed out at night. I lived like that coming to and start drinking and passing out sometime at late night. I was, physically, mentally, spiritually wore out! Finally cried for help at 33 years old, I was at death's door. I can tell you I regret all those wasted years, all those tears I cried for all I had done, I was a slut and in my heart I was not like that, but with alcoholism you do not have a conscious you don't care about consequences and have no mercy for those we hurt. It is a whirlwind of destruction, not to mention the harm we are doing to our body, our heart causing plaque to grow and fat tissue around the heart, destroying our Liver, then destroying our mental health, then lastly is destroying all our family and friends Alcohol is a big liar. It tells us we will be alright. Don't believe it!I have so many physical problems now and I haven't hAD A DRINK for 25 years.

I have heart disease, cirrhosis of the liver, ruined permanent mental health, I am in serious physical pain, I know from falling drunk all the time. I have more advice , please message me, Love Debi acceptance quote

i am not a medical professional or a counselor, please seek a doctors opinion, and seek professional counseling, my opinions are my own and not professional, please use common sense and get appropriate care by a professional. Thanks i am not being rude just responsible. Thanks Debi
