hey Bear, i'm erin (or Irish) and I promise you, there are people who understand. This is a brand new group so it'll take some time to build it up, but I promise you there are people that understand and people that will relate to you.

Welcome to the group Bear.

I can understand about the nightmares, they are invasive! Hopefully we will have some good conversation about the nightmares and how everyone handles them.

hey there bearhunter. i can relate a lot. i get panic attacks real easy. last night my mom was upset and said, please just go away, not too rude or anything, and i knew why she was upset, but it pushed me into a panic attack right away. i get wave panic attacks usually, not sure if its normal. wher you cant breathe etc then calm, think youre okay, then split second, panicking and trying to breathe again and so on. i see my nightmares as another world i am forced to visit. theyre dumb!
