I mean, I am moving forward right now, and let me tell you it sucks. That's the reality i'm dealing with right now. Moving forward is hard as s**t, and it sucks. I'm currently working camp season (five weeks and two days this year) and i'm EXHAUSTED at the end of each camp day, dealing with marked anxiety plus 9 special needs adults. And after camp season i'm gonna be placed with a job placement agency to hopefully get a job soon in a daycare. So I AM moving forward despite my anxiety, despite my Agor, despite all of that. And actually getting out there and interacting in the "real world" is HARD WORK. I text Mimi almost everyday to have someone to talk to, to relate to and to unwind with. Because at the end of everyday i'm anxious, i'm exhausted, and this sucks. So moving forward with all this, yeah.......it's not easy. Frankly, most times it sucks. That's my reality right now.

Maybe you would do better if you worked in a job that didn't require giving away so much energy ...have you considered another type of job that wouldn't feel as draining until you feel ike you have that kind of energy to give? Being a teaching, nanny, etc can be extra tiring if you don't have that energy yourself to give away but when you feel healthy and more balanced energy wise you won't feel that way....just sharing my opinion....I have worked with kids most of my working years and some restaurants too and other jobs and the ones with kids made me so tired after 8-9 hrs!

This is my fifth year at the camp, and all i've ever wanted to be is a daycare teacher. I'm not budging from that. I've never done anything else, i've never WANTED to do anything else.

Besides, I only have patience working with people that can't protect themselves. Like children and special needs adults. In most other areas of my life I don't play that well with others. But with them I have all the patience in the world.

Why do you think that you don't have patience with people?

Do you want to have patience with people?
