sharone"MDJ is so cool! I was able to work on all my problem areas separately but simultaneously. Eventually, with advice, support, direction and encouragement from a diverse bunch of genuine people, I began to heal and was able to put myself together as one unified whole. well tonight has been much better than earlier today man o man! Tonight I drove us around to practice and that felt nice to control the a/c and radio etc and we hit some tennis balls together. I served really hard and he goes "whoa!" and I said well that's my anger coming out when I hit the balls! It felt nice to hit some balls together and he gave me ahug and said he was proud of me for playing some so that was a nice change from earlier 360. As logn as I'm making progress and he sees it, he's a happy camper ....

wow Tennis... that is a good turn around for the evening. I'm so happy for you that the evening ended well Smile That's exactly what you/we need... is for people in our lives to encourage us for the progress we make even if it seems like a small step forward to them, it could be a huge step to us.

lol... sometimes patting our own back is all we need. No one appreciates our progress more than we do ourselves Wink
