MDJunction to me

2steveb" In life we all have trials and tribulations to endure weather it be physical, mental or social. For me personally when i encountered MDJunction i was astounded. Since i joined MDJunction to me it has been a god send and a life saver. I have met and been able to converse freely with so many people in the same situation as myself, (that alone is a big help, to know your not alone) to be able to discuss and get good advice from a braud section of people. One of lifes hardest things is to discuss personal issues with friends/family and yet the mdj family is non judgmental and you will be made totally welcome to talk through any issue thats on your mind. There are forums for every known issue to mankind, to me MDJ.com has become my family extension, id be lost without these good people and the extremely good guide lines that group leaders help us all with to keep threads topical and friendly." Mimi we did awesome on our walk !!! Smile I have to admit that walking far alone is a panic trigger for me and I DID panic a little bit on my walk today because I pushed myself to walk further than I was comfortable with. Walking without the safety of a vehicle near by is usually an issue for me. But talking through it helped a lot Smile And after the panic passed I walked further in the other direction also Silly

Great job on your drive Perry Smile

Mimi & Conn,

Awesome job taking the walk "together" Wink

That is a great idea to talk to someone while taking the walk or getting exposure. It can really help to stop the panic and help lower the anxiety.

Congrats Mimi and Connie,

Yesterday I was able to get to Barnes and Nobles without Xanax! Usually I take xanax to get there. Cheryl

Yay everyone!!!!!! How wonderful to hear all these successes!!!

Ok I guess I shall share mine. I went for a drive last night and stopped at my comfort/panic zone and stayed there for a couple of seconds. Some days that zone is so easy to get to others it is my panic point. I will get used to it. Wink Really focused on it until I got another panic burst. That is one of the hardest things to do right now for me but I am staying positive through it! Smile Smile Smile Only a couple of more houses to that stop sign!!! But I am determined. Thursday will be 19 weeks. Smile

I am so proud of all you guys going out there!!! This is what this is about!!! Smile Smile Smile You all get a GOLD STAR!!!

Ok so I just came back from being outside doing my 15 mins. I think I did 15mins. lol seemed like it. Anyway I wanted to get the mail and hubby told me no mail had arrived yet. So I went to the mailbox anyways and decided to walk down to my neighbors house almost to the other neighbor all by myself. I told hubby not to walk with me just watch. So I went and I literal stuck my left foot to the edge of her yard and ran back laughing. hahaha. Hubby had the biggest smile on his face!!! Something new for the day!!! Smile Smile Smile
