As a Leader it is a to show compassion and give support to all the members and always listen to each one's needs. Sometimes I may not be able to relate, so I view the responses that do relate and happy to see the results. I am proud to be a member of MDJunction and share it with all I meet that need support. Hey bodies... Wink

I am due to move to Arizona in early March and was thinking once I am settled in to try to set up an offline support group for those of us who would be local. I have nobody in my life other than the person I would be rooming with and I just feel it would benefit me having more people in my life who know what it is like to deal with exteme, stress, anxiety panic, phobias etc. I think of all of you often because I know even without knowing each other that you know exactly what Agor does to a person, how it can make you feel and how scary it all can be.

Most likely it will be in the Glendale or Northern Phoenix area. If your interested please PM me!

Gen

Congratulations on the move. You will be much closer to me in California.

Wow, I didn't know you were moving to AZ. I bet you'll love the winter weather compared to jersey.

I wish there was an offline support group near me. I would probably be willing to drive up to an hour to get to one. I just don't have the strength to start one on my own.

At one time they had an agoraphobic group here called Backyard Friends but they canceled it because no one showed up. Reminds me of the cartoon strip lol.

LOL honestly I wondered really who would show. I had really thought about starting the Agor group in NJ but I would hate to put the pressure on someone else to take it over, I am not a good group leader but it sucks suffering in silence lol.
