Kevin, math is a friend that cannot lie, representing all that makes sense in the world. Smile And it let's me do cool knitting stuff.

Is it your first college math class? I struggled my first couple weeks, than it was like someone flipped a switch and it all came back. Although, I more than once needed help with the calculator.

Check out kahnacadamy.org. (I might be spelling it wrong) it takes you from kindergarten through college in a slow way, with videos to help when you get stuck.

Glad you are starting to feel better Nancy. did you know strep is the same virus which used to be called "scarlet fever." It is an awful illness to try to tough out.

Many people get a fever rash on their torso when a fever rises rapidly. This is where the "scarlet" comes from. The rash can come with any aggressive fever, not just strep; and actually few people get it with strep. Most of the time, people spend a couple days going "no, it's a cold, I can handle it." and wonder sleepily into a fever. Those who took aspirin or Tylenol for the pain might not ever get a high fever at all.

Now what sparked all this!! I swear my mind is not like a train track, but like a jungle with George going from vine to vine.

Mel, I do fine in math, I just don't like it... I guess it bores me doing problem after problem. But who knows, this is an online class so maybe they'll make it a little more interesting.

Oh my gosh I am so so excited. I made a call and asked if there was a male massage therapist in town because I got to worrying with my parents from a different generation they might view a massage as sexual.

So one is at the senior citizens center perfect and the guy is supposed to be excellent.

I'm going now to buy the gift card if I can then I'll just stick it in a card.

My Dad is so hard to buy for and maybe I've finally found something he will enjoy-fingers crossed!

I hope it's not too much standing or walking to do this.

Fingers crossed again.Smile

Summer vacation has started-yahoo!

Friday, Friday, Friday!!!! Oh, well I'm not doing anything so it doesn't matter. LOL Anyway, just frying up a little bacon. That is such a pain in my ass. I can't fry bacon that good..I suck at it. So it's usually burnt in places and not done in other ones. Sigh. Not much going on in my neck of the woods. Just chillin. Kinda bored actually. La dee da. Hope ya'll are having an excellent day!!!

What does the "neck of the woods" look like?

If everyone lives in their own "neck of the woods" then who lives in the head and body?

Mel.. don't worry, Kevin knows HOW to do math, he just doesn't like to do it. Like me when I was married when it came to sex. Or cooking!
