MDJunction to me

mabri"When I was diagnosed about 18 months ago with fibromyalgia, I didn't know where to turn. I got on my computer and looked for a support group where I could talk to other people with the same disease and get some help...Information, suggestions, mostly just what I can do now that I have this.....disorder/disease/syndrome...I didn't even know what to call it. I found MDJ, and yes, there was a support group for fibro. I started a post, and figured I would never get an answer. However, very quickly I was welcomed in, and became really involved in the group. I received help, support, friendship and the feeling of being truly cared about by these strangers who had become like family to me. Now, I have been here for about a year and a half...I have become a group leader, and love every minute of it. It is so wonderful to be able to help others. I still receive help and answers from the members in this group. The fibromyalgia is where I go to help, support, listen, care and even laugh. I don't know what I would do without this group." Nature provides us with the free beauty of wildflowers in almost every region. What flowers are growing among the weeds and brambles in your area? Can you get out and get a picture today?

It's three a.m. here so I think I'll wait until morning to do this.. lol

Hi guys! I have had a really bad time with my Internet connection. Pinch Dizzy Sad Pinch Angry I haven't figured out what the major malfunction is yet.

Yesterday I was sitting at my desk watching the birds. I have new ones that have discovered my feeder including this Grosbeak.

I saw a Scarlet Tanager taking a bath in the mud-puddle too. That was super cool. They are all red with black wings and tail. Very vibrant bird.

Morning David, Silly and Damsel,

Love the pictures. Okay instead of my morning walk I am going to try and get to the pet store(PetSmart) today. I told my husband if I can't go in we turn around. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from my house and there aren't really any people shopping at 9 in the morning, but I will see if I make it. I am going to go medicated and see if that helps. My daughter usually goes and gets the cat food and litter with the little help of my husband( men are terrible shoppers) and I know she gets tired of it. I hope to get in the store and buy enough food/litter for at least a month or more. I will let you know how it goes, and if I even make it in the store. Cheryl V.

Good luck Cheryl!

We're out of milk here so I need to make some kind of run.

I'm still not feeling recovered. I have a hollow weak feeling.

My head kind of spins when I get up and my legs feel shaky.

I feel much better doing my exposure when I feel physically strong but in reality anxiety takes a hit there and if we were truly 100% we wouldn't be in this spot or even have the need to worry about exposure therapy.

Good luck!!!!
