Good morning all! Smile

Everyone have their taxes done?

I was going to put 'Til Tuesday on the subject line today because for some reason I have that song 'Voices Carry' running through my mind. Laughing

I know, I know I'm dating myself. Laughing Tongue I used to love that song. I remember singing it to the radio while driving down the road. (Off pitch of course, cause I can't sing worth a damn) Laughing

I wish I could post a YouTube video of it on here to share. (Everyone should know by now that I'm totally illiterit regarding this notebook)

Read my horoscope today, said : Try not to worry too much if you don't get anywhere today -- Where were you going, anyway? Your energy is best spent just dealing with one big issue that isn't far from home base.

Uhh, That's about my life everyday. Shocked Sad Unsure Laughing

Oh well, have a great day all! Smile

Good Morning.

I love the song Voices Carry. She was a great singer, it's a shame she didn't come out with more CD's. I was supposed to go to the DR. today got there panicking all the way and was told my psychologist wasn't in today( they left me a voicemail( I admit I hate answering them), so it is my fault the 20th I go back. I am sitting here in tears because this panic is so frustrating. I can't stand not being able to do what I want, I was an outdoor person, and now I am stuck to certain boundaries in my neighborhood. Depression is setting in for me and I don't have any meds, so it is hard. Sorry for complaining. I hope you all have a good day. Cheryl V.

Just woke up. I need to go to the store, but the past few times I have had dizzy spells. So, I have to mull over the plan of attack for which aisles to go down. They rearranged the store and I no longer know where stuff is, which is quite annoying.

Good morning Smile

I got up early to do some school work. Feeling a bit less anxious than yesterday, but not very ambitious. Kind of bored actually. Feel like I should be doing something today but not sure what. Don't have a lot of money to work with until I get paid next week, but I could go out and do SOMETHING. We'll see.

Maybe a trip to get a lawn chair, I've been dying for a way to read outside, although it's still not completely warm yet. It was a random 84 degrees yesterday, but tonight it goes down to 23 degrees. wtf?

Guess it's time to get going on something.

I'm so sorry Cheryl to hear about your panick attack today. And you are not complaining. ( I like to call it Venting ) And Venting is good for your mind, body & soul. It helps you release bottled up energy that is bad for you. It's healthy to vent. Wink

Rejoice that you got out today and you lived through your panick attack. I know when panic happens it's a scary experience but you are a strong person and you worked through it.

If it is a nice day today where you are at, maybe a nice cup of Chamomile tea sitting outside on you back porch/patio/balcony may help. Hang out with a good book and let it take your mind off of things.

If it's a nasty day outside maybe a cup of hot chocolate, snuggle on the couch and watch a funny movie.

We are here for you Cheryl. We (I) may not have all the answers or can give advise but know that we understand what you are going through and we will always be here to listen.

((((hugs))))

Good morning Nannabird! Smile

Don't you hate it when the stores rearrange the isles? Just when I start feeling comfortable going grocery shopping they mess with me. Angry

I usually do my grocery list by the isle # so I know what to get where. That way I'm in and out alot sooner. I have left the store often because of panick/anxiety attack when I walked in and saw they made changes. Sad

I'm an Advocate

Good Morning!

I haven't been around in awhile. Sorry. My husband and I went on a little vacation to Cleveland, OH for a week. We had a nice time. I was super anxious before going, but once we got there I was fine. We went to the art museum, rock and roll hall of fame, the zoo, adams family musical, english beat, comedy club, and on a trolley tour. We had a busy, busy week. We got home Saturday and I must say it does feel good to be home.

Not much planned for today. It is pretty cool outside. I think about 40. I hope it doesn't stay to cold for long. I can barely zip my winter jacket. Today I'm 19 weeks pregnant. Next week is the ultrasound and we'll find out the babies sex. I'm SO EXCITED!

Well later peeps!

Good morning Kevin! Smile

Glad to hear your anxiety level is low. Smile

Sorry to hear your already bored. Sad

Go get that lawn chair and enjoy the day, fresh air, listen to the birds or bring out your radio to enjoy while you are reading. Smile

I feel yah when it comes to the wacky weather. It's a wonder we all don't get the flu with it being hot one day and very cold the next. It's crazy. Dizzy
