Hi Tanya (I think?) It's been a long time! Glad things are at least better.

I also have an easier time doing things spontaneously, but if I have a set appointment I need lots of time to prepare... like if I have a 10 AM therapy appointment I'm up at 5am, because once I'm ready to go I need time to relax, zone out to tv or something, so I'm not all anxious when it's time to go. Waking up, jumping in the shower and heading out the door just isn't an option.

, i am a mess when it comes to appointments weddings visitors coming etc, but i think i would prefer to know at the last minute, i get way to nervous and freaked when i know somethings coming !! Smile

I had to distract myself today. I'm with you Neil..... I can't handle knowing too much in advance about appointments or visitors. I can't stand the anticipatory anxiety. If you throw things at me last minute then I just have to deal and go with it Silly girl..... you have been on my mind all day.
