Good morning peeps and peepettes! Tongue

That new med I'm on knocked me out cold earlier today and now here I am wide awake and it's almost three in the morning. I have a therapy appointment today, but I'm not nearly as anxious as I normally am. Woohoo!

Silly, I think the t-shirt idea is great! I tried to do that a couple years ago and even sold a few, but I'm no artist so I have to rely on witty sayings Wink

So what's the story today people! I'm actually in a mood to go somewhere this week. I have no idea where I would go, but it's gotta be a good sign, right?

It's been a while since we've had questions, so let's have at it...

1. Better to read on the computer or offline?

2. Favorite ice cream flavor?

3. Would you rather be broke and famous or rich and unknown?

4. If you wrote a book, what would it be about?

5. Is therapy just an expensive replacement for a good friend?

Woah... spooky! I go to sleep and wake up, and no new posts. Do I need to set off the fire alarm? Wink

Good morning fellow agors....Foggy here this morning and expecting thunderstorms and just plain yukky weather all day.

Too bad we can't send it to Texas and all the fires and not a drop of rain in sight....

1. Better to read on the computer or offline? I like reading the news on my computer as I hate TV and can't stand all the crap and just want to know the local junk and weather and that can take only 15 mins instead of 2 hours of crap and commericals.

2. Favorite ice cream flavor? OH!!! Butter Peacan!!! Ben and Jerry's (anything)

3. Would you rather be broke and famous or rich and unknown? Oh now that's an easy one and I'd rather be rich and unknown.....Especially to my relatives...Which are always walking around with their hand out!!

4. If you wrote a book, what would it be about? "My Father Worked For Cash" Cash Mcdonald~gangster from the depression days...He really did work for him and knew he was a gangster but heck it was the depression and money was money!! The story my dad told me was scarey and he was lucky he never got in trouble himself but Cash Mcdonald went to prison for being caught with money from the Linberg baby kidnapping!!! When he got out of jail he hid out up in MI with his wife. My father had his pilots license and he would fly Cash and his wife to Chicago... Or anywhere else he needed to go. He told me many stories so I'd love to use my English degree to write the stories my dad told me....

5. Is therapy just an expensive replacement for a good friend?Hell NO!!! I try not to get to close to my therapist or tell her too much....Just the facts as to how I feel so I can get my drugs and get the hell out of there....She doesn't give a hoot about all the drama in my life and I sure don't need it to be documented in my medical records either. But yes she is expensive!!! But getting those RX's is worth it.

So how is everyone this morning?

Last night on our local news I see my husband's stupid nephew's mug shot on TV!!!

Stupid ass broke into a house and the lady who was home beat the crap out of him LOL!!!

They found him walking down the road and by the injuries he had they knew it was him and he didn't get anything either!!! My youngest sil has 3 sons and the two oldest are brain dead(they must be)they keep getting caught doing the dummest shit!! Their father is no better so what a great role model he was....So that was our excitment for the evening and we're glad the jackass got caught!!! I guess I won't have to worry about their mother bugging me for handouts for a while!! LOL!!! What a bunch of losers!!! Refuse to get jobs and steal whatever they can and then claim their innocent???? I just know their mother will make up some stupid story "Oh he didn't get anything so shouldn't go to jail!!" UGH!!! This is a 25yr old young man that forged a 5,000 dollar check he stole from his grandmother so he could go on a curise with his girlfriend!!

You think maybe I should write a book about my husband's stupid jail bird asshole nephews????

I'm just doing housework today and maybe even take a nap!! You all have a good one K?

Being Agor is almost as bad as the last job I had!!!
I really have to work at it 24/7 and don't get paid either.

Morning Kevin!! I'm here, just trying to catch up Smile

Glad you're feeling good again today! I had a great night!! I felt better than I have for weeks!! Hoooorrayyyyy!!! Of course now the hubby is feeling the stress but sharing is caring LOL, jk. He can handle it much better than me for the time being and he can relax a bit now that I'm feeling better Smile

Thank goodness the meds are definintely lessening in my system and I am feeling even less shakey again today Smile

How about going for a scenic drive, or shopping or visiting someplace interesting out there where you live, kinda do a little exploring while you're feeling good? Go treat yourself to something yummy!! Smile

OK questions!

1. Better to read on the computer or offline?

On the computer for me because once I read something, I can't wait to respond LOL!

2. Favorite ice cream flavor?

Mint Chocolate Chip

3. Would you rather be broke and famous or rich and unknown?

Rich and unknown~ that was an easy one!!

4. If you wrote a book, what would it be about?

Oh I've always wanted to write about the Lost Colony of Roanoke in Virginia....a fact-based, non-fiction piece investigating what happened.

5. Is therapy just an expensive replacement for a good friend?

Most of the time I think yes~ but I wouldn't want to discourage anyone from going to therapy if they need it!

Fun questions!! Smile

I have absolutely no idea how much I actually slept last night. With the med knocking me out I crashed at like six, and then I was up and down all night til six this morning. I don't feel very tired, they must be a good sign Wink

Lol Fidget, the only thing worse than getting busted for stealing is having the woman in the house beat the crap out of you! Tongue

Crissy, glad the meds are lightening up on you. I am hoping for no side effects from this new one I'm on... in particular the drowsiness because I have to take at least one dose during the day.

1. Better to read on the computer or offline? Most things online, but I prefer to read books offline. And I hate hardcover, it's gotta be paperback. I didn't even like the idea of the Kindle at first, but now I'm thinking about getting one. We'll see. Definitely not this month, I'm feeling broke and it's early in the month!

2. Favorite ice cream flavor? So hard to choose! Maybe pina colada.

3. Would you rather be broke and famous or rich and unknown? I had to actually think about this one... being such a recluse the idea of being famous/having influence would have it's perks, but in the end I'd take the money Wink

4. If you wrote a book, what would it be about? I wrote a novel a couple years ago, kind of an adventure, but it was my first novel and I don't feel good about sending it out. I'd like to write a semi-autobiographical novel about someone overcoming agoraphobia by making drastic changes to their life, say moving down to the caribbean or something.

5. Is therapy just an expensive replacement for a good friend? I guess it depends on the therapist and your needs. When I say therapist, I mean one who can't prescribe medication. I've had therapists that really just chatted with me about what was going on in my life -- to me that is nothing more than a highly paid "friend." But if you need serious help in how to overcome certain things, a therapist may be able to help. BUT... personally, I'm not into the whole digging into the past thing. I think trying to find a root cause for agoraphobia is like finding a needle in a haystack. I say don't bother and just look forward to the future.

Good Wednesday morning Kevin, Fidget, and Crissy! Good morning to everyone else when ya'll get up..lol I have a question..are all Dachshunds hard headed or is it just my moms? This little bugger won't listen for NOTHING. I take him out with me when I go to smoke and he ho hums around eating rocks (yes, he tries to chew them), sniffing the ground and no matter how many times I scream Alex, he won't even look up. He hears perfectly fine too..grrr. Just really hard headed. Anyway, I slept really good last night. This fall-like weather is awesome. I love it. I even made Chili last night. Yummmmy. It was really good. I'm nervous as hell because I got a thing from Social Security that I have to fill out. They are reviewing my case to see if I am able to work. If I WAS able to work I certainly wouldn't be drawing SSD. But anywho..I just get nervous when I have to fill out paperwork. I sure couldn't be an accountant..noooo sirreee. Kevin I'm soooo glad your meds seem to be working great for you!! That's excellent. Wow Fidget!! I'm so glad your husband's nephew got caught and beat up by the person he tried to burglarize! LOL @ that..that's what the punk gets for trying to steal.

My A's to your Q's Kevin:

1. Better to read on the computer or offline? Definitely offline..there's nothing better than a good book in your hand.

2. Favorite ice cream flavor? Birthday cake..it's so good!

3. Would you rather be broke and famous or rich and unknown? Rich and unknown for sure.

4. If you wrote a book, what would it be about? My Anxiety and Agor journey..lol

5. Is therapy just an expensive replacement for a good friend? No..I don't think so. I don't have any friends who wanna hear me ho hum about my troubles. Well, I may but don't wanna tell about them really. Smile

Amen to the trying to find the root of Agor is like looking for a needle in a haystack Kevin!! I have tried and tried and racked my brain to figure out what caused this crap..but could not come up with anything. It gets aggravating too, but it's best to look forward instead of back I guess.

Hi pretty people!

Sounds like you guys are doing again and THAT makes me smile Smile. Kevin, you sure are catching up on your sleep! That is a good thing. OMG Fidget...lol. You have the good stories. Glad the woman kicked his ass! Crissy, delegate, delegate! It is a good thing that you are feeling more relaxed, no feeling guilty over it now Wink

I am having a friend over for a coffee this morning so I guess I should make myself look human.

HI MIMI!!!!!!! Come on and make us all smile will you??

1. Better to read on the computer or offline? Actual reading I prefer offline. Now I have a kindle and although it is very convenient I miss PAPER!

2. Favorite ice cream flavor? Anything with nuts! I love the Chunky Monkey by Ben and Jerry. Mmmm.. mmmm.. mmm..

3. Would you rather be broke and famous or rich and unknown? Rich and unknown. Fame can be a pain in the ass anyway.

4. If you wrote a book, what would it be about? The mess inside my head!

5. Is therapy just an expensive replacement for a good friend? Sometimes, unfortunately. Sometimes not even a good friend! It can be quite annoying really, because I talk to myself about all my problems anyway. I need someone to give me solutions!

Have a nice morning everyone!
