My family doesn't have too many traditions. We just get up Christmas morning and exchange presents.

Some of my best memories of Christmas are the years I dated a girl whose family celebrated on Christmas eve. So I would spend Christmas eve with her family, we would eat all kinds of good food, mostly appetizer type stuff. Then at midnight they would open presents. Then after a few hours of sleep we would get up and go to my family's house and celebrate a second Christmas there.

Our main tradition has been decorating Christmas cookies. It started out when the kids were little and now they continue to do it and invite their friends over.
I desire to inspire before I expire.

W#hen my kids were small, everything on the tree was eatable. Popcornballs colored and decorated like fancy glass balls, strings of cranberries and popcorn, cookies, and chocolates, candycanes, all made at home. That was so very long ago.

I forgot, snowflakes made out of a recipee for suckers! They were so pretty!

My favorite Christmas when I was a child was the year I got a Monopoly game,me and my friends played monopoly all the time and the game we had been using had missing pieces so I was thrilled to have a whole game!!

As an adult I would say the year all the kids were together and we actually had money for gifts and a big dinner with all of us around the table I think the boys were 8 and 10 it was a wonderful Christmas!!!The girls would have been 10 and 12 years old. Lots of fun.
