Hi, I just come upon this support group today and joined straight away. I've been suffering from agoraphobia, social phobia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCDs and phobias of almost everything for the past 7 years. Before 7 years ago, I had anxiety and bipolar disorder since I was a young teenager (I'm 29 now). I developed everything else after the death of one of my children. Now, I rarely go outside my house, and when I do, it has to be with my husband. Because I can't go out, I have no friends and feel alone most of the time. Anyway, I'm glad I found this support group. Sorry for the long-winded introduction, by the way.
