Ok everyone...big step for me today...I made it to the "happiest" place on earth and handled ot for FIVE AND HALF HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!WOW!!!!! I even rode a couple rides..I laughed. and then I hit the Indiana Jones area and freaked out and had to leave. BUT I FREAKING DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so happy I did. It was really tough. i did it with no anxiety meds..i just flippin did it Everyone tell me one positive thing they have accomplished today... come one it feels great! EVen if its something simple like..you painted your toenails or something. Who cares what it is..just one positive thing!!!! Thanks everyone for all your encouragment..you guys all rule!!! |
