Hi everyone. I am off to the mountains in about an hour. The mountain is a 1 hr and 40 minute drive from my house. The mountain is pretty high up and I can't wait to go. I took some meds, so that helps with the anxiety, but I am pumped, even went to the shoe store after a year and bought the right kind of sneakers. Last year I ordered them and my feet have been killing me when I walk. I know I can do this today. Have a great day and I hope you get out and do some kind of exposure. Cheryl

Mountain climbing? WOW! Can't top that!

Good Morning!

I caught this little guy on my steps this morning. His friend was out of view of the camera. They like cleaning up the seeds that the birds kick out of the feeder.

Your little Squirrel friend is adorable! How cute is that...I didn't know that squirrels like bird seed! But I guess he is hungry! Silly

Hope that you have a wonderful day! Smile

Mel posted the same exact thing I think yesterday.

Someome came and knocked twice.

I still want to get an open and closed sign for my door cause sometimes if the kdis all leave i go and lay down.

I don't want to have to get up and answer the door a million times just to say they are not here.Smile

Dx POTS, anemia, and anxiety.

When I was younger, my friends and I would take care of some horses. Not much, just muck the stalls, make sure everyone had fresh food and water. Everyone had their name written in chalk on their stall door. Fletcher would never be let out at the same time as the others, and didn't have is name on the door. He had "I bite." Instead.

Nancy and Damsel, I think I need "I bite." written in chalk on my door. Open and Closed sign just will not get the point across.

Mel
