I miss the Sunday challenges Jenn used to do.... she came up with some really great ones! Mine aren't quite as good as hers, but I'm trying! Cool Today's challenge..............

Go to a store. Any store. Even if you just walk in and walk out. I know this is a pretty difficult challenge because it's Sunday, and we all know what stores look like on Sundays... but that is the point. For it to be a challenge. If you can get a pic or video. Good luck! Smile

I went to the grocery store and to pickup a script at the pharmacy. Mostly just trying to break up depression, although I can't say it worked. At least I got out! It's supposed to be in the 80's today.

Dizzy i don't have a scooter video yet.

I need to get a smooth one and not one that feels like it has a flat tire and goes bump bump bump.

We need to pick up a soccer ball-ours are all flat-and i don't know what else.

I'm trying to focus on stress free but i feel a ball in my throat, bubble in my chest and on the verge of hyperventilating.

How to i just stay stress free really let lose?

I probably need some kind of drink and i just don't feel safe doing it.

Already had sex and that didn't do a thing for me. Dizzy

I just don't know how to loosen up!!!

The only thing so far is to drop out.

Is that what we do when the stress gets too much is drop out.

Sleep get drowsy?

Then it leads to the road of depression?

Geez let me off the rollercoaster already. Laughing

Okay I soaked in the tub and gave this a lot of thought and this is how I feel.

It's not necessarily gloom for me.

It's just low energy.

So there is no energy to feel good to feel all the positive emotions that would make us feel good.

To feel motivated.

And then it's the nagging pressure of demands, obligations, responsibilities, limitations that are bearing down on me that just make me feel ugh! Overwhelmed.

So it's just as this post states a challenge.

Everything is a challenge and just feels more difficult almost as if we're wearing 80 pound back packs that we're trying to lug around and it just makes us dread even trying to get up and trek across the room.

So there I think that's my best explanation.

It's not that I'm unhappy.

I have much to be thankful for and many things going right it's just everything seems so blasted hard it's discouraging.

I'm new, but wanted to contribute. I was told and then became determined to join a support group. And, well, here I am. Smile GOLD STAR for the day so far!

Welcome Erica,

I went back out and went to Barnes and Nobles with my daughter and stayed in the store for around 30 minutes and then took the long way home. It felt so good to get out of the house for 1/2 the day about. Cheryl OH yeah hubby drove.

Good Challenge Mimi! I hope someone does this.. Kevin did! Yea, Sundays are usually the stay at home day.. so not a good day for exposure.

I didn't see this earlier or I would have gone to the store with my son this morning to get eggs for the cake.

I know I have been isolating.. and I LOVE it!

Damsel.. I want you to know that I hear you. I remember the years of raising kids.. it's really.. really tough for anyone.

If you want to know where your heart is... look to where your mind wanders.
