Yes, I went shopping last night without ONE SINGLE PROBLEM! No panic at all. I was in a clothing store for around an hour and didn't even realize I was in there for that long. I also went to a store today as well without any issues! Words can't describe the amount of happiness I am feeling right now, like I could conquer anything in the world. I need to keep exposing myself to these situations every single day, and before I know it, I'll be free once again. I also went for another run today... 2 days in a row! I think that's something that is really helping as well. It's good to throw on some headphones, blast some music, and just run. It's so therapeutic and I definitely recommend it. Thank you everyone for all of your support! You have no idea how much it means to me! Smile

Love, Megan
