Well done, Cheryl. I always feel awesome when i feel the fear, but do it anyway! (i actually have a book called that lol). I've been pretty panicky this week but so far, i have managed to keep appointments, that i could of easily handed over to hubby. I had to go into the city centre today to hand a letter in to the education department, then i went and a cup of tea and scone, in a charity café, with my husband. We then went to look around a couple of furniture stores. Feeling quite proud of myself..would feel even better if i could find a nice masseuse to come and rub the tension out of my shoulders! Repetition is key! I've been going out everyday for about a week now... it's still very hard for me to get out the door, but once I get past that point I am usually able to move on and do my walk.

Sooooo who is ready for some exposure today??????????? Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile

Did my walk for the day. I panicked some, but did it and it included the new block. Hubby wanted me to take a new street, but I wasn't ready for that today. Maybe soon, but not today. I got in a walk with my daughter last night , but had to take a short cut because I started panicking.

Oh yeah hubby wanted me to go to the next city over to go to petco and costco. LOL he still doesn't get it. I would have to go heavily medicated to go into a warehouse club, they would have to carry me in.

Mimi --- try saying "I've done this before and I can do it again" or "I will feel soo good after I have done what I wanted to do!"
